SEAN ASHLEY

Coach Ashley currently resides in Satellite Beach and is a teacher at Johnson Middle School in Melbourne. His 2020 receiving core with post season honors includes All-State TE Gunnar Greenwald (TE for the USF Bulls after graduating early), and Second Team All-Space Coast, Space Coast Daily All-Star Team, and All-County selections — Eddie Combs and Danny Colby. Brayden Green was also selected as a Space Coast Daily All-Star Team pick. Prior to joining the Scorpions Football Staff, Coach Ashley was the quarterbacks coach at Bayside High School in 2016 and 2017. Coach Ashley was born in Dover, Delaware and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from East Paulding H.S in Dallas, Georgia. As a quarterback for the East Paulding Raiders, he was a team captain, voted to the All-County team, and led his team to the Quarterfinals in the GHSA Playoffs. Coach Ashley attended Florida Tech and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in sports management. He was quarterback for the Panthers from 2012-2016.
